    Purchased 4 lots of different size parcel bags, they arrived in a parcel bag which was ripped in several places so I don't recommend using these bags for heavy items like the description says. They pretty thin to be fair. Seller did reply to my message and offered replacement/refund if any were damaged. Great price, just not good packaging material for such a heavy order.

    Reasonable despatch time but the bulb in it's box was simply placed in a plastic bag with no packing material at all for delivery! The box squashed on arrival, I was expecting the bulb to be broken, but luckily it survived. The description doesn't state the physical size and this bulb, it is very large, as per other feedback comments. To clarify the the length is 160mm and diameter 95mm. Photo shows it alongside a std 18w low energy bulb for comparison.

    Can’t lie the quality is appalling, packaging that repels all sellotape and parcel tape. Borderline useless. Seller paid for 1kg postage when the item was 4kg - no idea how it didn’t end up with me having to pay an excess. However I didn’t have to! Arrived relatively quickly and seller fulfilled his commitment, so can’t mark them down. Is the product any good? Nope as useless as a choc teapot, so wish I’d not tried to save the 50p I saved and stuck with my usual product
