Shoes were as described, but too narrow for me. The shipping costs for the seller, via UPS, were only $5.00, but UPS wanted almost $29.00 for me to ship them back to the seller. The cost was $10.00 less to send them back using the USPS. I wish the seller would use the USPS to send their merchandise, so that if the buyer needs to return an item it doesn't cost them an arm and a leg. That said, the seller was responsive re: the return and refund.

We typically ship via UPS or FedEx over USPS at this time because there have been some delivery issues recently with USPS and long delays.
