Negative feedbacks affect future sales and it is really unfair that you do not even talk to the seller to find a solution before you damage their business. That keyboard was tested before it was sent out so it might have been damaged in transit, so you could have got in touch and get a full refund because as a business customer satisfaction is one of our biggest motives. sometimes it is best to think and see the whole picture before we act.
