I don’t like the fact that you can’t open your camera to turn it on and off as needed!!!! Maximizing protection is the priority in the design process. Sometimes a sacrifice of form over function needs to be made. This is one of those cases. I could have designed the cover where you could open the door but that would have meant eliminating most of the side wall that protects the left side of the camera. This would defeat the whole purpose of the cover by leaving that side of the camera unprotected from the rain, snow, etc.
