New to eBay. We would have refunded the order or sent another unit out but never heard from the customer. Customer needs to power cycle the alarm panel to get the keypad to work otherwise the display will not work and the power light will stay off exactly as the customer has stated. Hopefully they will contact us so we can help them with their order. We don't like our customers to be unhappy.
