    Paid approximately $60NZD for a 1.5ml sample. It arrived today and the vial was completely shattered and glass went everywhere. The only protective packaging was a tiny piece of bubble wrap that didn’t even cover the whole sample packet. This is extremely disappointing as obviously it is quite a lot to pay for receiving nothing but broken glass.

    I'm really sorry to hear that the item was damaged during transit. I've already lodged a case with Australia Post to seek compensation, and they’ve advised that it may take up to 7 days to finalize the investigation. I’ll keep you updated on the progress as I hear back from them. If we’re unable to resolve it through the post office, I’ll be happy to look into either a refund or a replacement—whichever works best for you.
