Some packs may have soiling, writing and or small holes. These packs are fully functional and can be used as originally intended, however there WILL BE fading and some stains. There may be small holes that will not affect the intended use of the Assault Pack. Stiffener and foam inserts are NOT included. The elastic material that wraps up the excess strap length is NOT INCLUDED, but you can use tape, rubber bands or an elastic material of your choice if desired.””
