I'm giving the benefit of the doubt that the item was not crushed prior to shipping and the fact it was sent in a soft bubble wrap envelope is the reason it was damaged. Poor choice of packaging and disappointing the seller is now ignoring me. Maybe he sent me a crushed part on purpose? Who knows. If the issue is resolved I can update my review.
