Messaged 4 times (with no reply) to ask for update and delays. Also asked for fully tracking too. Now 10 days since purchase and item has not dispatched and I can’t cancel item either .
Will be share the pictures of 4 message with no reply’s and claiming a full
Refund.
What I find annoying is there was 3 left in my size so I assumed they had them in stock. How wrong was I . Hugely disappointed I can’t be any more reasonable , I’d love to hear excuse for poor service
