      NSL was very helpful and prompt in replacing some bad drives that were dead on arrival in the R730 server I ordered for a client. Two rounds of shipping drives back and forth to end up with 8 good drives, but prompt shipping and at no additional cost to the client other than time. I would definitely order future used server hardware from NSL again.
