These boots run extremely small I normally wear a 6.5 so I ordered a size up and they were still too small. The company then had me pay to ship them back to them and they sent me a larger size and then they were clown shoes. They want me to pay to ship them back to them again and they want to deduct shipping costs from my refund. Seems like a lose lose for both of us. They did work with me and had good communication but by the time I get boots that fit I’ve almost double the original price.
