If I could leave negative stars, I would. I’ve been an eBay customer for nearly 20 years and have never had to leave a bad or negative review. This was by far the worst experience I ever had. DO NOT buy this product. 85% of the features DO NOT work. The response from the seller takes forever and they’re literally, virtually useless. There’s no customer support you can call, and I’ve spent weeks and hundreds of additional dollars paying people to get it to work. I could’ve bought 5 of them. Sucks

Got this for my 2015 RAV4. Installation was very easy and the head unit is fast and looks great. One thing to note is that if your factory backup camera is 6V, you will need to buy a separate step down converter and harness to be able to retain it.
