Truly sorry for any issues, when this item was purchased it was listed as it was a qty of 1 for $1.05 and buyer purchased it. We have since updated the listing to only sell in a pack of 10 and is now listed at $10.50 sell price. Buyer only paid $1.05 so feedback is false, but that is okay. We asked buyer to open a return in eBay and we would get them made whole, they refused.
