Seller is AMAZING!! They kept up with the delivery and noticed that the package wasn't moving via USPS. So, they contacted me to tell me that they would be sending me a replacement, via UPS (free of charge); since it looked like the mail lost my package. If so happen that I get both, I can keep them. It's beautiful, I just wish they had a bigger size. The fact that they reached out to me 1ST about it getting lost in the mail says alot about their customer service.
