This matters as when attached to existing steps, it helps prevent echoing / thundering when kids run up and down stairs. The wood used was really nice quality, it was free of knots. They arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. He helped us get the order right and delayed delivery as we were away on holiday. The cladding was made quickly and to a high standard, and I know theyโll look amazing once they are installed.
