I could’ve gotten this stem for half of the price I paid if I had intended on getting the out dated design. I need the modern design for the bike I am building and am therefore extremely disappointed with being misled by this listing.

Seller offered free return but kid had to ride his bike so.. seller did not offer partial refund so we suggested to check future sales and quality control to avoid this problem in the future. I believe I've ordered from them before, very happy with the transaction, despite the issue with the missing part

Seller's response times to messages and requests are fantastic, and the cancelation and refund process was totally painless even though it was 100% entirely my fault.
