This item didn’t arrive in the given time, suspecting it was held up at customs. The seller offered to resend it which I excepted only for the blade to arrive two days later. After some very prompt emails they apprehended the parcel before it started it’s journey. Excellent customer service, very polite and helpful. Would happily use them again and recommend this firm
