The first laptop I received did not match the spec on the invoice and had a password protected bios system. I raised these issues and I'm very happy with the 2nd laptop I got.

They admit they should have advised me thay my ordered machine was out of stock and not just sent an alternative. Also, they offered a free return label. However, I accepted a small financial gesture of good will to keep the machine as I had already set up the new machine and disposed of the packaging. So far I am pleased with the machine I received.
