I bought a 100ml body and hand wash
for the amount of 18:99 and I received it today, but unfortunately the liquid was spilled in the box. I sent a message to the seller and sent a photo, the bottle was damaged, unfortunately, they do not care about the return and refund of the product and they do not care customer. I am not satisfied at this seller

This is untrue. We have replied to each of the buyer's 7 messages. We requested they open a return request for the item they claim is damaged. We accepted the return immediately and issued a free returns label. The buyer has now claimed they cannot leave their house and cannot return the item. We stated we can arrange a collection. The buyer then left negative feedback & no further messages. We have advised we will issue a refund upon receipt of the item they claim is damaged.
