AVOID THIS GUY IF YOU ARE BUYING IC CHIPS !!! BAD SELLER. NO PROFESSIONALISM IN SHIPPING ! He LITERALLY shipped my order in a home-made box (looked like a General Toe-sos Chicken lunch box); wrapped the IC's in some dirty carpet padding from a dumpster , and inside of that put the IC's in a Juicy Fruit gum wrapper. SEE THE PHOTOS FOR YOURSELF ! BAD SELLER, AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE !

not sure what this buyer is talking about but Item came in 2 business days undamaged. The ICs were wrapped in Aluminum foil for electrostatic protection with some foam for added protection. I think his biggest complaint was he didn't like that I used a recycled box! very unfair complaint!
