Package never arrived seller refused to replace the product or refund. Told me to open a case with eBay and solve it myself. I did ask for a replacement and they told me that eBay gave them the address which was an American address. I’ve never had this happen before and I’ve done hundreds of transactions through eBay. Terrible to not replace a product after waiting a month and it was sent to the wrong address. Seller didn’t even offer to make it right, however they did ask for my actual address.
