My husband wanted to put the Vizio on the curb for heavy trash day until I suggested this. I’m female and was able to remove the board and reinstall all by myself. If you can unscrew screws then you can open the TV to pull the board and ship to Mr Crownie. Take a photo of the board before you remove it just in case you need a roadmap to reinstall.

Contacted them and I was supposed to pay shipping to have them repair it again. Called my customer and told them the board didn't work, and I would have to ship it off again to get repaired. Customer was upset and didn't want to wait another 2-week turnaround time. Customer picked up tv not working. I'm out $80 plus shipping and they won't offer any refund. BUYER BEWARE
