- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchasePoor design with very close clearances on the power terminals. Tiny printed manual that requires a magnifying glass to read. Control wiring diagram makes no sense and is unclear. I have 45 years of electrical experience and the board exploded when I applied voltage. They told me I would have to pay $12 for a new board. I agreed but explained I needed a clear connection diagram. They still haven't supplied one. I'm throwing it away. Buy a real switch for 2x money from Amazon. Howver they shipped fron NJ. That is the worst mail office is USA. Never buy from NJ. That aside, product is as advertised. Customer service is good, though they respond during the night. Makes me think they are actually in Asia. Positive feedback in general.
