I would not have bought the mug if I had seen that the letters slanted down. I’m really sorry the mug wasn’t what you'd hoped for. Nobody should have to drink from a mug with crooked lettering (I think the same thing has happened to me before, and it's maddening). I would never try to hide a flaw, and I wish you'd messaged me for a solution. It's not too late--if you’d like a refund, I’ll gladly accept a return.
