We believe we are honest however that had nothing to do with your experience.
We think the board is good and it was wrong to declare it defective and return it as such however we are simply unable to provide functionality proof while being closed for summer vacation. It is the main boards and LCD panels that fail on those screens and - after some time - the LED strips. The TCON boards sometimes fail when the LCD panel does and we think you had a bad LCD and possibly a bad T-CON.
