I purchased an item and never heard anything. i attempted many emails but no reply. Tracking said a label was completed but never taken to the shipper. I ended up going thru eBay to attempt to get the item or my money back. HOWEVER, that is when the seller emailed me with full apologizes and explanations. I was issued full refund by the seller.
