    Poor quality item. The stirrups cracked on the first use and when contacting the seller, I was told they would need shipping (at my expense) back to themselves for an investigation despite the clear crack through the stirrup. Poor quality and customer service

    The item is made of strongest material but if you improper use would cause damage,the picture you providede clearly show the rubber padding which provide protection to the stirrup was removed and it was used without it which has caused damaged to the item,simply request to send the item back for inspection,obviously we would have been responsible for the postage cost for returning the item and replacement if we could confirm manufactrur defect
