    Awesome! SD installed a custom program . Now I hear the best in over 20 years. The local hearing aid center was no help with the $1500 pair they sold me. I put high powered receivers (speakers) from ebay into a high-end I also got on ebay, $300 total. I learned that the standard program is wimpy because some people don't understand that things will be louder with hearing aide. So they go back for adjustments which is pain for the store. I understand a custom program will help me hear better.
