The seller was willing to replace it, but I decided to go with Value body and solenoid pack. The solenoid pack was not new. I could not tell if the valve body was rebuilt or not. When I reached out to the seller about it they spoke with their rebuilder and assured me the damage would not affect operation. They also offered to send me another lead frame which is very professional. Installed part and all is well.
