Shipping cost bizarrely high, though, for an plastic envelope that barely weighed a pound.This delivery, only 85 miles away from me, yet it had to travel 118 east of NY into another state only to return to the originating PO 10 miles away from starting point to travel the 85 miles south to me. ??? Makes zero sense.
