I requested a cancellation, the order was shipped, and then I received a refund. Very grateful for that because when I opened the package that arrived, it was a cheap Ethernet cable (nothing close to the main board I ordered). Glad this only cost me time but I recommend don’t waste your time ordering from this person. In all of this, I never heard from the seller once after multiple messages.
