Hello Englor, it would be good to read your messages in order to properly respond to your customers request I sent you a message to cancel this item the day i ordered it. And when i checked the status it had not been dispatched. I tried to contact you via your Germany phone number but this line cuts off after a brief ring. You have now dispatched the item without responding to me and there is no tracking number to justify it. I wonder if u have intentionally changed the status. Kindly fix this.
