    Dear Refined Cycle, The product was almost perfect. I had to drill one hole to straighten it because the bolt did not fit and line up. However everything else mounted up perfectly with little problems. I accidentally ordered the 9 inch model instead of the 12 inch and Refined Cycle send me the 12 inch model after I got in contact with them. So they have great customer service! I wish this company the best of luck! I love the forward controls and they made me fall in love with my bike again.

    As Described, Was missing one small zinc washer. but was assembled with ease. Really good for getting a bit more leg room. Instructions cover a couple of models, Some of the pics were of the other model. Shipping was quick. Minor scratches on a couple of pieces ,but nothing I minded.
