If buyer measures, they would see it's actually 11mm, bad buyer for giving red feedback when they received the right size.

I was happy to return for a refund as I was disappointed but the seller advised me that they are a small business and would i accept a 30% discount instead. It was only 10 buttons and the cellotape residual is not hard to clean off, we have never had any other customer complain about this and that postage cost saving is passed onto the customer,
