    I received the ram memory quickly and in excellent condition. However, when I installed it in my computer it would not work and I received an error beep. After further research I discovered conflicting information about the ability to increase the amount of ram in my computer. Some sites said yes, others said no. So with that I was going to return it but I waited too long and the window of opportunity closed.
