I had tried 2 supposedly new replacement trackpads from a large online store. Awful was the way to sum them up. The tracking was all over the place and the click area at the bottom was non-existent. Purchased this item just for the trackpad and it works great. The shipping and packaging was great and the item certainly looked new as advertised. Very pleased.
