    There was a part missing in the original shipment. Looked up their phone number on the internet. Called them to discuss the missing piece and they asked me to call back (seems the person I needed to talk to wasn't available) . So I thanked them with the understanding that I would call back. Next thing I know the part is showing up at my door. Don't know how they did that but I got what I needed. If everything works 100% I'll be happy. A 5 star rating if the original shipment was complete.
