    The Repair Shack knocked it out of the park! They repaired the dim LED lights on our control panel, fixed a couple of other faults and found a replacement faceplate for us. The original faceplate lost a couple of its attachment brackets in shipment and could not be reattached to the range without them. The replacement faceplate solved that issue and got our range back in service. Thank you again for a great job, great communication and great customer service.

    The procedure and directions were thorough, and easy to use and understand. When I called, the lady I spoke to was pleasant and knowledgeable she saved me the trouble of sending my touch pad with the control board. The technician who did the repair called me when he finished explained the complete repair and the warranty. I had the control board back (1300 miles away) in six days from the day they received it. Best price I could find, this repair saved me $3000, 22 year old oven works like new.
