    The seller should have boxed the item considering this was an international shipment from Australia to Canada and the cost of the shipping fees, should not just rely on small bubble wrap and a paper covering. The Philips product boxes were all dented. Unclear if the bulbs will exhibit a shorter lifespan now, debating to install the product at this stage.

    Hi thanks for your feedback. The Philips HID Conversion kit package is triple boxed. The dent on the box shouldn't affect the bulbs. Having said that, why don't you contact us if there is any issue?
