Designed for the 2008 Beijing Olympics, the Air Jordan Olympia merges classic design elements from the AJ10 with advanced performance features for running, landing, and cushioning. Specifically, a performance sock liner, full-length Zoom Air insole, compression-molded midsole, and a midfoot TPU shank are present. This version sports a white, black, and a Varsity Red Jordan colorway. Black and white get equal play on top of the sneaker, while red takes its position as an accent color on the stitching around the tongue, trim on the collar, and lining. The outsole has a herringbone tread with hexagon printed ridges that display the years Jordan and other teammates competed in the Olympic Games, namely, 92, 96, 04, and 08.
