The popular orange, black, and white color scheme gets a redesign in the 2016 colorway version of Shattered Blackboard, a colorway that appears on the Air Jordan 31 silhouette. The upper features a unique color blending where an orange leather heel transitions to a Black Flyweave side panel. Black then continues the gradient, fading to morph into a white toe top. A shiny black Flightspeed midsole meets a recycled gum rubber outsole on the sneaker's bottom. Black appears once again on the heel, which is stamped with an oversized black Jumpman logo. The laces, tongue, ankle guard, and inner sock liner are all black as well. One final black accent is introduced on the tread, where a second Jumpman logo is stamped into the clear, translucent archway.
