With its tall, boot-style shroud, the Air Jordan 28 is an eye-catching part of the Air Jordan lineup. The Elephant colorway came out on September 21, 2013. Nike also released a Red Elephant colorway on the same day; these elephant print Jordans were the last two colorways of the original Jordan 28. The Elephant shoes feature a pattern in grey and black that resembles the texture of elephant skin. A high-shine black panel decorates the heel, accented by a white Jumpman icon. The white outsole wraps up over the edge of the black midsoles, creating a high-contrast accent. From the side of the shoe, you can catch a glimpse of the Flight Tech plate that provides extra stability at the arch.
