1st method: Free shipping by Normal Air Mail without tracking number with 3-5 working days delivery time.

2nd method: Registered Air Mail with 3 - 5 working days delivery time, please add RM 3 (Within Malaysia).

3rd Method: Poslaju Service with 1-2 working days delivery time, please add RM 6 (WM) or RM 8 (EM).

Kindly remark the shipping method of your choice.

International Delivery Available

In most cases, international shipping takes around 7-22 business days by Registered Air Mail,  or Express Shipping Worldwide around 2-5 business days, kindly email me for the postage charges and delivery time.

All transit times are subject to Customs Clearance, transport conditions(e.g. boat traffic in certain areas) and volume of mail traffic.

Buyer responsible for lost and damaged during shipping period. All claims of damage/lost in transit will inform the buyer after we received the outcome from our local post office. In addition, customs, duties, taxes and any other applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

No COD nor self collect and no meet up. It t oo time consuming to do this.

Return Item Policy

If you received an incorrect item, we will replace and pay additional shipping charge. If replacement not available, refund will be promptly issued.

We accept return if item is defective upon receipt.

Upon receipt of item, if there is any defect/damage, please email to notify us within 2 days.

Buyer will have to pay for the return shipping fees (defected item), seller pay for the replacement of delivery fees. The returned item must be in complete set or same as the condition as we ship out. Must be sent back within 7 days.

No used item or damaged item is allowed. Only manufacturer defect is accepted.

Shipping and handling charges, insurance and other fees are not refundable in any case. Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event of your equipment that has to be serviced, repaired or returned. The customer holds the responsibility  for the package until it arrives at our location.

Terms and Condition
