The tubes were "New Old Stock" as advertised. They were competitively priced, packaged well and arrived with no damage. Shipping time was reasonable to the USA considering the tubes were shipped from Taiwan. I tested the tubes when they arrived and they were all in the high, good range (97-110) on my B&K 700 Tube tester. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again. My experience was very good.
