I did not receive my item but seller did provide a refund. Tracking said item was out for delivery for weeks but I never received it. Whether it was seller or delivery service problems, it could have been handled better. Once there was a problem especially with that amount of time passing, seller maybe should have sent a replacement item.

Customer put incorrect country for their delivery address. They put Virgin Islands instead of Puerto Rico. Which caused delays and problems for the package to even get to the customer. We contacted the post office and gave them the correct information, but they still were unable to deliver it to the customer. We would have reshipped the item, however he had a case open so we issued the refund.
