Seller Notes: “A wonderful example of a late 1970's Quartz "Sous Marine" from the historic French brand of YEMA, ... “A wonderful example of a late 1970's Quartz "Sous Marine" from the historic French brand of YEMA, this vintage timepiece is in excellent, original condition and comes on a same-era NOS original Tropic strap. We have just had the watch tested and timed and it is ticking away happily with all functions working as they should. The 37mm solid stainless steel case [40mm including the crown at 3h] is in a great condition and we have lightly cleaned it to bring out the sparkle. The original black dial and hands are in a wonderful condition. We have polished and kept the original crystal so not to interfere with the watch's original integrity. Bearing the modern Yema "Y" logo, this timepiece is placed circa 1978-1979. The bezel is razor sharp and turns bi-directionally as it should but has some slight but even signs of use in the perimeter. Scroll down for many photos, including some fun closeup snapshots.
