IT HAS BEEN TESTED AND RUNS IN REVERSE BUT NOT FORWARD. THE E UNIT SEEMS STICKY AND NEEDS SOME MAINTENANCE. BOTH HEADLIGHTS WORK. THE HORN HAS NOT BEEN TESTED. EACH END OF THE SHELL IS FREE AND CLEAR OF ANY SCREW CRACKS. THE ORIGINAL PAINT IS IN GOOD CONDITION WITH SOME MODERATE WEAR AND A FEW LIGHT SCRATCHES. THERE IS SOME LIGHT RUST IN A FEW AREAS ON THE METAL CHASSIS AND RAILING. THE LOCO WOULD BENEFIT FROM A THOROUGH CLEANING, WHICH WOULD PROBABLY INCREASE THE GRADE TO VERY GOOD. ANY IMPERFECTIONS ARE CLEARLY VISIBLE IN PICTURES AND DESCRIBED WITHIN.”
