The item arrived quickly and safely, but I didn't get the product pictured with a metal band at the top and bottom. The listing emphasized that it had two bands. The seller tried to convince me that Koreans don't care about this feature, but I was advised to buy two bands by a Korean. All the seller had to do was notify me that the item was different so I could cancel the item, but this didn't happen. The seller did not care. I will not purchase from this seller again.

Dear akasahar, The manufacturer received many opinions from buyers
that when they boil something bottom metal ring separates from the pot,
so they had decision to remove bottom one. Thank you.
