The customer reported the issue on May 1st. We promptly acknowledged it and replaced the item via USPS on May 2nd. The replacement was successfully delivered on May 4th to CLARKSVILLE, TN 37042 at 1:56 pm, as confirmed by tracking number 9405511206210116794282. Despite the initial mistake, we quickly resolved the issue.
