I ordered a kohl Estée Lauder eye pencil from the seller. You can see in the picture what I received. It was Origins face powder. I contacted the seller. She sent me an address label to send it back and she was supposed to replace I returned the face powder. Problem is, the address label she sent me had the wrong address on it. I was waiting for the eye pencil, but never received it. I complained to seller and EBay. Seller claims she sent me a refund, yet I did not receive the refund.
